Shipping & Delivery Policy

All orders placed on the Platform are shipped through registered domestic courier
companies and/or Speed Post only.

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 4 working days from the date of order confirmation and/or successful payment, or as per the delivery timeline communicated at the time of order confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, it will generally be delivered within 3–4 working days, depending on your delivery location and courier service availability.

The delivery of shipments is subject to the norms and timelines of the respective
courier company or postal authority. The Platform Owner shall not be liable for any
delay in delivery caused by the courier company or postal service.

All deliveries will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of
placing the order. Users are requested to ensure that the delivery address and
contact details are accurate and complete.

Delivery confirmation of services, where applicable, will be sent to your registered
email ID as provided at the time of registration.

Any shipping or delivery charges levied by the seller or the Platform Owner, if
applicable, are non-refundable.
